OUR TECHNOLOGY
DIRECT AIR CARBON CAPTURE & UTILIZATION
DACC+U stands for DIRECT AIR CARBON CAPTURE & UTILISATION, it excels in capturing anthropogenic CO2, capturing carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere and through industrial flue gas also, which can be collected from industries like thermal power plants, cement industries, steel industries etc. We are proficient in decomposing absorbed carbon dioxide into Graphitic Carbon, and converting it into valuable biofuels such as methanol or ethanol, marking a significant advancement in sustainable carbon management and it is a magnificent step towards achieving carbon neutrality in industries.
CAPTURING ANTHROPOGENIC CO2
Capturing atmospheric carbon dioxide and decomposing it, thereby reducing air pollution and industrial carbon footprints.
FLUE GAS CAPTURING
Climatech's novel solvent efficiently captures industrial flue gas in addition to atmospheric CO2, addressing carbon emissions more effectively.
CO2 INTO GRAPHITIC CARBON
After successful CO2 extraction, the decomposed CO2 is transformed into valuable by-products like graphitic carbon.
CONVERTING CO2 INTO BIOFUELS
With parital decomposition into CO in presence of our novel catalyst, allows us to further develop 4G Ethanol and sulphur free e-Methanol.
OUR UNIQUENESS
INNOVATING CARBON CAPTURING & DECOMPOSING
Climatech pioneers sustainable technology, capturing carbon for a brighter future. The new technology could perform the same role as trees, absorbing carbon dioxide at greater levels. It is crucial in the global effort to combat climate change. It is essential technology to make carbon capture more cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable, as reducing CO2 emissions and mitigating climate change becomes increasingly urgent. Our innovation leads the way in creating eco-friendly solutions, setting us apart in the pursuit of environmental excellence.
ZERO NEED FOR STORAGE
Our technology excels in Direct Carbon Capture & Decomposition, eliminating the need for storage under ocean beds or earth's crust, and also eliminates the risk of leakage.
ENERGY EFFICIENT PROCESS
Our process for energy efficiency is quite remarkable; according to our records, we only require 180-200 kWh of energy to decompose CO2, which sets us apart from our competitors.
SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
A wider range of byproducts including sulphur free e-Methanol and 4G Ethanol, and lesser project emission which promotes a better sustainable future.
PURE OXYGEN
After decomposition, the oxygen we release into the atmosphere surpasses the existing atmospheric oxygen levels, contributing to an increase in oxygen concentration.
SERVICES
SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION FOR INDUSTRIES
STEP 1: Drawing impure air from atmosphere / flue gas using blower
STEP 2: CO2 is absorbed in ABSORPTION TANK with the help of our novel solvent
STEP 3: The CO2 rich solution is then transported to COLLECTOR TANK
STEP 4: Then it goes to DECOMPOSITION TANK for carbon decomposition process
STEP 5: Once the carbon is decomposed, the solvent is prepared for further cycles with the help of REGENERATION TANK

CARBON DI-OXIDE (CO2) DECOMPOSITION PROCESS
STEP 1: Drawing impure air from atmosphere / flue gas using blower
STEP 2: CO2 is absorbed in ABSORPTION TANK with the help of our novel solvent
STEP 3: The CO2 rich solution is then transported to COLLECTOR TANK
STEP 4: Then CO2 is seperated from solvent for futher cycle with the help of REGENERATION TANK
STEP 5: Then CO2 undergoes partial decomposition to for the formation CO in REACTOR TANK
STEP 6: After that CO undergoes hydrogenation procss for the formation in presence of H2 & catalyst, to form Alcohol
STEP 7: Now, Alcohol is sepearted into METHANOL, ETHANOL & PROPANOL
